This NTP server is provided free of charge for anyone to use, but without any guarantees of availability or reliability.
This NTP server does rate limiting to weed out antisocial behavior, such as NTP clients configured to use burst.
iburst is fine, and will not impact your use of this NTP server.
It’s recommended that you don’t configure this NTP server directly in your NTP client, but that you instead use the NTP Pool project’s DNS-aliases. This server is part of the Finland Pool.
An example configuration would be:
server 0.pool.ntp.org
server 1.pool.ntp.org
server 2.pool.ntp.org
server 3.pool.ntp.org
